We are set up to make sure that a world at work has what it needs to stay at work, 24-7.Job DescriptionSUMMARYWill promptly respond to the mechanical needs of all equipment on the plant site. Must maintain a professional, service orientated interaction with all plant personnel to maintain proper equipment operation and maintenance schedules. Responsibly complies in keeping all plant equipment in a like new condition.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.-Reports directly to the Maintenance Manager-Directs daily activities of Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Utility Personnel-Responsible for leadership of the maintenance technicians and processes within the maintenance department during assigned shift-Ensure that shift change communication is accurate and complete, as it relates to issues concerning follow up, work in progress and upcoming items.-Monitor spare parts usage and follow up on recording-Keep the maintenance shop and office in a clean and orderly manner.-Make sure company tools are clean, in good working order and stored properly.-Complete two (2) plant walk through inspections every shift.-Work closely with the Ancillary department, relating maintenance issues that need to be resolved.-Schedule work for the day and night shift maintenance personnel.-Maintain and file active equipment manuals and drawings.-Supply support for the weekend Ancillary coverage.-Assist Maintenance Supervisor with scheduling vacation coverage.-Keep accurate log books and maintenance records.-Complete accurate material requisitions for re-ordering parts.-Monitor all plant equipment lubrication.-Ensure that the designated support personnel are properly trained to provide maintenance support when needed.-Support the Environmental policies of the company, complying with local, state and federal regulations.-Complies with Safety policies and procedures-Responsible for knowing and understanding the ENTEK International LLC Quality Policy -Statement, and performs job duties in a manner which complies with the statement.-Responsible for knowing, understanding and following quality system documentation including, but not limited to, Quality System Procedures (QSP's), Work Instructions (WI's), Training Manuals, and Quality Bulletins.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Receive training and maintain a general knowledge of all ancillary operations and passed the Entek Ancillary Test, must possess LME License (or greater) and a Journeyman Millwright cardEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEAssociate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
