Location: Henderson, NV (Relocation within 40 miles of Henderson is required)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (On-Site)

Position Summary:
Assembles machines, equipment, and subassemblies following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assembles product, following blueprints and schematic drawings and specifications.
• Assembles equipment with bolts or other fastening devices to foundation or other structures.
• Installs moving parts, such as shafts, levers, or bearings, and works them to test proper movement.
• Bends and installs pipe for hydraulic systems.
• Aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears using alignment & measurement tools to insure proper assembly tolerances.
• Performs layout, prep, assembly and installation of threaded and grooved pipe.
• Trouble shoot machinery and analyze and correct issues.
• Train others in all aspects of procedures to enhance the department’s quality and output.
• Oversee daily & monthly maintenance of equipment.
• Tests or assists in testing operation of completed product.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4 years related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and use a respirator in this position.
• Satisfactory results from a fit-for-duty screen and a drug screen

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Trade school program certificate.
• Welding experience.

Job Benefits:

Salary Range: $24.00-$31.00
