Job Description: *
Location: * Lebanon, OR
Schedule: Monday-Friday (This is not remote-work position)

We are seeking an ambitious individual who is eager to grow and develop skills in a like-minded environment within our inside sales team. Inside sales performs tasks to support the needs of internal and external customers. This includes daily interaction with other sales team members, external customers and other ENTEK departments. The primary duties are providing quotes and processing orders for customers.
Responsibilities:

  • Receive, respond to, compose and send email.
  • Receive and return phone calls.
  • Enter applicable quote data into AX (ENTEK’s ERP).
  • Convert requests for quotes (RFQs) for wear parts into ENTEK nomenclature.
  • Assign and/or obtain correct pricing for the applicable parts and/or machine components.
  • Enter pricing into the applicable format (wear and purchased parts go into AX and retrofit quotes go into a Word document and Excel price sheet that accompanies the actual extruder quote detail).
  • Accurately enter customer purchase orders into AX.
  • Send order confirmations to the customer.
  • Create and send purchase orders for customer needs.
  • Work with other departments to obtain accurate lead times.
  • Support outside sales team
  • Follow and promote ENTEK company core values

Minimum Qualifications & Experience: *

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret most documents.
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), required.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to then develop reasonable solutions.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
  • PC skills; Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal with customers as well as ENTEK employees. Must be able to display excellent listening skills in person as well as over a telephone
  • Good teamwork attitude
  • Displays the attitude and understanding that "Our business begins and ends with our customer."
  • A true understanding of customer service; must be able to immediately respond to customer inquiries, gather and research information, assemble and forward information, verify that the customer understands information and is satisfied.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft AX or similar software
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in the area of quoting and/or order entry
  • Ability to travel if required
