• 8 years of professional experience with structural analysis
• Deep understanding of structural analysis concepts: Stress/strain, linear/non-linear, static and dynamic analysis, structural fatigue, fracture and damage tolerance, bolted joints, etc.
• Experience with military or aerospace structural environments (i.e. Mil-Std-810 or DO-160)
• Experience with aircraft structure: Including primary structure, podded system, bomb racks, or launchers
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) degree programAdditional Preferred Requirements:
• Experience with NAVAIR 4.0 and/or SEEK EAGLE airworthiness processes needed to obtain flight clearance
• Experience with solid modeling CAD tool such as CREO or equivalent
• Current Active DoD Secret or higher ClearanceJob Description: Will work as a Principal Mechanical Engineer, focusing on structural analysis and development of mechanical systems for military environments, particularly aircraft and armament products.
