Summary : Seeking a Finisher to perform deburring and finishing tasks for medical device manufacturing during the 3rd shift.

Requirements :

Demonstrated proficiency in deburring and finishing processes including bead blasting, tumbling, belt sanding, heat treating, and passivation

Ability to detect discrepancies or questionable conditions and report them to the supervisor

Experience assisting with training new team members and operators

Commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly work area and equipment

Compliance with company safety requirements and quality system procedures

Preferred Skills :

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints

Experienced in using calipers, micrometers, and hand gauges for dimensional inspection

Responsibilities :

Perform various deburring and finishing activities supporting medical device manufacture

Conduct visual inspections of high precision machined parts and components

Maintain high attention to detail throughout all processes

Contribute to a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal skills

Handle light to moderate physical exertion; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Regularly stand, reach, and move about the facility during designated hours

Pay Details : $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
