Summary : Seeking Packers to assemble and prepare packaged automotive products for shipment, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements :

Must pass a 5-panel drug test including THC

Clear a 7-year Federal and County background check (Can start with the County pending)

Authorized to work in the U.S. (US Citizen or Green Card holder)

Able to participate in an in-person interview process

Preferred Skills :

Previous experience in packing or similar roles is advantageous

Proficiency in hand / eye dexterity for precise assembly tasks

Demonstrated attention to detail

Job Responsibilities :

Assemble pre-materials and package finished products for shipping

Operate machinery for loading components as needed

Construct boxes and cartons for product packaging

Perform packing, weighing, and labeling of items for shipment and storage

Inspect final product quality before dispatch

Work across three stations handling automotive lamps, blister packs, sleeves / boxes, and shipping boxes

Manage tasks within a fast-paced environment aiming to pack 2,500-3,000 bulbs per hour

Pay Details : $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
