• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong focus on time studies and cycle times
• Ability to work closely with operators on the production floor
• Experience with Oracle ERP (scheduling) and updating routing and BOMs preferred
• Job Responsibilities:
• Perform time studies and cycle time analysis to optimize production processes
• Work with operators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Update routing and BOMs in Oracle ERP system
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to operators
• Create and maintain production documentation
• Assist with new product introductions and product transfers
• Conduct process validations and qualifications
• Maintain compliance with all safety and quality regulations
• Work on the production floor 90% of the time, with occasional desk work
• Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
