Seeking Maintenance Techs for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift roles to work on production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and maintain facility infrastructure. This company is making plastic components that go into cars and trucks, so experience with plastics is a plus.

• Attain safety, quality and productivity goals
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment problems including powered presses, welding machines, conveyors, vision systems, camera systems, robots (material handlers and welders), HMI’s
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment including HVAC, compressors, electrical, lighting, plumbing, building (ceiling, walls, floors)
• Install new or move existing equipment throughout the plant. Use equipment books, schematics, blueprints for set up and tear down
• Complete assigned work orders, daily down time logs, required forms, and shift communication boards
• Participate in shift hand down meetings and communicate with oncoming shifts
• Maintain and update equipment records, schematics, blueprints and files in orderly fashion
• Obtain training for professional development and to stay current on maintenance and safety requirements
• Complete all work in accordance with IOSHA, NEC, JIC and IDNR standards and regulations
