Summary: Seeking an experienced Controls Service Engineer to execute assigned automation jobs, including onsite installation, repair and service escalations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or an associate's degree with 5 years of equivalent field experience.

• Experience with PLCs, HMIs Rockwell, Controls engineering, Automation, Allen-Bradley with programmable controllers, motor/motor controllers, electronic sensors and instrumentation.

• Ability to read P&ID (process and instrumentation diagram) drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned automation jobs including onsite installation and repair.

• Follow up on service escalations.

• Work within a flexible work/travel schedule.

• Frequent travel to customer sites & general business errands required within a 50-mile radius of Harrisburg for day-trips.

• Backup all software, programming or configuration changes made during the customer visits.

• Assist the Assembly, Spare Parts, Shipping & Receiving teams to ensure on-time, complete and accurate deliveries.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
