Job Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer with expertise in Allen Bradley controls, servos, Fanuc robots programming and automated equipment system design.

Job Requirements:

• Design, implement and document control systems for various types of automated equipment

• Conduct electrical/hydraulic pneumatic design, peripheral device programming, machine PLC programming

• Coordinate the machine debug, power-up, and machine validation with the appropriate build and electrical teams

• Must have experience with PLC's, HMI, Robot, AutoCAD, Motion Control, Pneumatics, Hydraulics and/or Vision Systems

• Ability to write scratch program on Allen Bradley platform including vision systems, servos and motors

• Familiarity with Fanuc robotics especially irvision is highly desirable

• Willingness to travel to sites as needed for commissioning, testing and debugging (travel costs covered)

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Allen Bradley controls and Fanuc robots programming

• Experience with automated equipment system design

Job Responsibilities:

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per year
