- Operate CMM machine, Laser Microscope, roughness and thickness handheld gauges and others QC related tools and equipment
- Generate measurements and QC reports
- Responsible for equipment PM and maintenance
- Able to write computer script for the automated equipment is a plus
- Generate and provide SPC charts
- Additional duties as assigned
- High School graduated with Quality control experience
- Logical with Good analytical skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Regularly communicate with the Production, Lab Manager and teammates on daily assignments and reports any discrepancies or relevant production related information
- Works frequently with Engineering Director to improve quality and processes
