Our client, a leading manufacturer in the electronics industry, is seeking an SMT Quality Assurance Control/Inspection Specialist to join their team. As an SMT Quality Assurance Control/Inspection Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
Job Title: SMTQC Inspector
Location: Milpitas, CA
Pay Range: $23-24.00/hr
What's the Job?

• Ensure compliance with Manufacturing Process Instructions and product documentation
• Conduct FA inspection processes
• Perform scanning into the DGS system
• Verify feeders, component ID, polarity, solder joints, missing parts, and part values using digital meters
• Utilize micrometers (DMM), microscopes, and optical test equipment for inspection

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in SMT Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and Electro-Mechanical components)
• Experience in feeder verification, component ID, verification of polarity, solder joint inspection, missing parts, part value verification using digital meter, etc.
• AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) experience is a plus
• Proficiency in using micrometers (DMM), microscopes, and optical test equipment
• Knowledge of IPC-610 criteria
