What you’ll do as a Customer Service Representative:

• Answer inbound calls from customers to provide them with accurate product and service information
• Handle all customer inquiries, requests, and thoroughly educate them on our products and services
• Provide quality support on account related tasks to ensure a positive customer experience
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues

$16.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn a performance based bonus!
This is a Full-time, permanent position! This is a direct hire position.

Work hours:
Applicants must be available to work an 8 hour shift weekdays from 8:00am - 8:00pm, and some schedules may include weekends.
