Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

Reporting to:  Administrator

Department: Intake and Scheduling

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Ennoble Care is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, communicating, and revising the daily schedules of providers conducting in-home and tele-health visits.

What you'll do:

  • Schedule/re-schedule patient appointments for clinical providers
  • Contact patients, communities and partners to communicate, align and confirm patient schedules
  • Reviews and updates patients' demographic and insurance information
  • Effectively prioritizes tasks
  • Promotes prompt and courteous service
  • Displays excellent communication skills
  • Maintains provider daily appointment load
  • Handles voicemails daily and ensures all inquiries are handled properly.
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience as an Aide preferably in healthcare
  • Extremely organized and able to manage files, logbooks and staff schedules
  • Calm demeanor under stressful situations
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Communication skills
  • Computer proficient
  • Proper phone etiquette and multi phone line skill set
  • Work well under pressure
  • Be dependable
  • Display teamwork
