We are currently seeking passionate, conscientious and highly detailed Evening Housekeeping Attendants for our bedrooms, public areas Front and Back of House and ensuring we deliver all to the highest of standards.

The on target earning potential for this role is £12.33 / hour - comprising a base rate of £10.85, plus a qualified estimate of £1.48 in gratuities and service charge.*As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

• Providing our turn-down service, preparing our guests’ room for the night so they feel at home and can warmly and comfortably retire to bed on their return
• Taking huge pride in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of public areas, reception, service areas, corridors and front and back of house are always achieved
• Responding to our guests' questions confidently and professionally, playing a key part in ensuring they have a wonderful experience
• Replenishing all amenities in our public areas and bathrooms, making sure our guests have everything they need when visiting
• Servicing guest bedrooms if required, swiftly and professionally dealing with any additional guest requests
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a similar role though full training is offered; you'll also be available to work a flexible schedule
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
