Ennismore is Hiring a Brand Coordinator- Part Time Near Los Angeles, CA
As the Brand Coordinator for Downtown LA, you’ll get to trial what it is to be on the Brand team for The Hox. Consider this a crash course, so get ready to roll up those sleeves and get things done. For a few months, you’ll be responsible for all things Brand in Downtown LA – the face of The Hox, supporting local, national, and global initiatives, existing restaurant outlets and new restaurant openings, Hox programming and Gallery installs, vetting and managing PR and influencer requests, and hosting Hox Friends. In this role, you’ll become familiar with all the teams that make up The Hox – day-to-day, you’ll be speaking with our national Brand Director and LA’s property team. Weekly, you’ll work alongside our east coast Brand Manager, graphic design studio, interior design studio, revenue, and digital marketing teams. Great energy, hyper-organized, project follow-through, strong communication ability, and excitement to dive in and learn is a must.Responsibilities -Maintain all digital outlets including Downtown LA’s pre-stay email, website, Google listings, What’s On, paid assets, and property-specific offers- Field, vet, and manage PR and influencer requests; communicate VIP stays with hotel team ensuring all guests have the best Hox experience- Oversee on property installs and needs for brand activations and partnerships-Ensure The Hoxton, Downtown LA is always singing, with brand-approved relevant signage and collateral properly presented-Assist with copywriting for hotel posters, What’s On event pages, and the relevant property offers- Assist with marketing strategy and launch of new hotel concepts – restaurant openings, brand activations or initiatives, and programming events- Maintain reception Hox Shop and Best of Portland outlets, ensuring they’re well stocked, the product is appropriately displayed with brand-approved signage, and briefing in any necessary updates Applications are due October 21stThis trial period will be from Oct 24th-Dec 31st.
