Exciting Job Opportunity:

Are you a passionate and experienced Program Specialist looking to make a real impact in the lives of adults with Intellectual disabilities and/or Autism? Join our dynamic team at an adult residential habilitation agency that is dedicated to providing top-notch services while following the 6400 and 6100 ODP regulations.

As a Program Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission to enhance the lives of our residents through comprehensive and individualized care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized service plans for program participants
  • Coordinate and facilitate group activities and community outings
  • Ensure compliance with all ODP regulations and agency policies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic and person-centered care
  • Monitor and track program outcomes and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
  • Evaluate program efficacy and make adjustments to ensure our clients are thriving and meeting their goals
  • Provide invaluable training and guidance to support staff, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver exceptional care
  • Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed on the latest trends and advancements in the adult residential Habilitation field

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disorders and/or Autism, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a residential Habilitation setting.
  • Receive training in interpersonal dynamics, community participation, individual service planning and delivery, relationship building and other pertinent policy trainings.
  • Proficiency in ODP regulations, especially 6400 and 6100 guidelines
  • Stellar communication skills both written and verbal, and a knack for building strong relationships
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player
