We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team, overseeing the development of exciting new builds of energy-efficient commercial developments, from sports stadiums to high end entertainment facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design or engineering, with a passion for sustainable building practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project planning, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for energy-efficient MEP and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports, budget forecasts, and milestone achievements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for sustainable building design and construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the design or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP and HVAC systems, or design tools such as Revit, Autocad or Bluebeam.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for sustainable building practices and a desire to work at the forefront of high-performance building systems.
