Key Duties & Responsibilities: As a Project Manager at Project Solutions, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality throughout. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing insurance building and HOA projects from initiation to completion
- Developing and maintaining trade schedules
- Meeting construction project deadlines within defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and designs
- Coordinating property access and resolving disputes or issues
- Ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual safety requirements
- Facilitating inspections and obtaining necessary permits
- Utilizing insurance software and systems effectively
- Cultivating client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
Key Selection Criteria:
- Drive, energy, and motivation to excel
- Leadership qualities and effective communication skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking capabilities
- Independence and teamwork proficiency
- Preferably, knowledge of the construction or insurance industry, building trade qualifications, or estimating experience

- A valid driver's license
