Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets established standards
- Provide guidance and support to construction crew members

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Prolog)
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $90,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
