Engtal is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Glendale, IL

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and address any issues or concerns
- Review and approve project budgets, contracts, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, permits, and reports
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction estimating and contract management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera, Prolog, or ProCore
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
