Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant

We are hiring immediately!

We are seeking Full Time/ Part Time Medical Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years experience. We are a professional practice seeking an intelligent, self-motivated, team player who can multi-task!

Duties include but not limited to:

• Scheduling appointments
• Collect copays and balances
• Call insurance for eligibility
• Answer phone calls, take messages, respond to patient's questions or concerns
• Scanning/ Faxing documents
• Check-in and check-out responsibilities
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks including phones.
• The Receptionist may be cross-trained in other roles as needed such as Medical Assisstant.
• Greet and escort patients to examination rooms, ensuring their comfort and

privacy

• Obtain and record patients’ medical history, and other relevant information accurately.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures and treatment.
• Prepare and maintain examination room and medical equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality

Schedule: Monday- Friday (no weekends) from 8:30 AM- 4:30 PM
