Women's Imaging Facility (www.bergenimagingcenter.com) seeking dedicated employee with a warm personality.

Candidate Requirements: Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:

Prior front desk experience in a medical office – preferably radiology

  • ‪Professionally greets all patients.
  • ‪Excellent phone skills, friendly, courteous and professional.
  • ‪Expert insurance verification.
  • ‪Knowledge of scheduling appointments.
  • Advanced Data Systems (Medics Premier) experience is a plus!
  • ‪Full knowledge of HIPAA Rules and patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • ‪Excellent customer service skills.
  • ‪Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • ‪100 percent reliability requirement.
  • Ability to work in a busy team oriented environment.
  • ‪Organized, detail oriented with an excellent memory and ability to multi-task.
  • Preferred bilingual.
  • Required Hours:

20 - 40 hours per week

Compensation: Starting salary of $17/hour
