Fuel Customer Relationship Manager

England Logistics is looking for great sales professionals. We are one of the fastest growing transportation logistics companies in North America. We are looking for talented and charismatic inside sales representatives from all walks of life to join our diverse sales and account management team.

Asa Fuel Customer Relationship Manager, you will be working with current fuel program customers of ECS to maximize revenue for ECS along with value for our clients. The focus of this position will be to retain fuel program client participation. You will connect with customers regarding their fuel purchasing habits and cross-sell other ECS products, assist clients with everyday questions, resolve problems, and maintain customer relationships. Our ideal candidate will have sales experience with a customer service focus. As a Relationship Manager, you will earn a salary along with a bonus structure.

Essential Functions and Results Expectations

• Retain current customers at 95% or better rate
• Increase revenue by improving fuel station network participation
• Proactively monitor client fueling trends to ensure full participation of fuel program
• Increase ECS revenue by adding tire and factoring products to fueling clients
• Exhibit negotiation tactics to ensure clients are not influenced by competitor offers

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
