Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform technical support via phone, email, CRM ticketing system, and chat service.
• Provide timely issue resolution according to department SLA.
• Able to communicate technical knowledge to non-technical people.
• Must be able to adapt to many different customer requests.
• Work closely with the escalation team on issue escalation and training.
• Provide product recommendations to customers.
• Generate pre-sales designs for opportunities of simple to moderate complexity.
• Able to document, track and monitor user issues in detail and with accuracy.
• Able to create operating procedures and articles for Knowledgebase.
• Perform any special projects as needed.
• Ability to learn fast and understand complex issues.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of wired and wireless networking preferred.
• Knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting wired and wireless network preferred.
• Good technical troubleshooting skills & customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• One or more years of experience in technical support in a professional setting preferred.
• Experience with MS Windows, Mac, Apple iOS, and Android OS preferred.
• Experience in MS Word,MS Excel, MS Outlook, ticketing, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Intercom) preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
