The ideal candidate will have experience in driving brand awareness and engagement through planning, developing, creating, and executing marketing campaigns and materials about technical topics. The Technical Marketing Specialist should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities, and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.Responsibilities
Build, test, and launch marketing technologies and capabilities that are based on industry best practices
Monitor, analyze, and manage Zoho CRM system to improve seamless lead generation and management for the sales team
Website improvement with SEO/SEM to boost inquiries
Consistent update and optimize website and social media channels with A/B tests, landing pages, content creation, and various marketing campaigns
Work together with Digital Marketing Specialist cross-functionally for various marketing strategies and projects
Generate optimized KPI dashboards to monitor the quality and outcomes of marketing projects and strategies
Increase quality of technical perspective of product marketing
Track results, review analytics, and provide ROI of marketing activities
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Provide peer review and oversight for accuracy and quality of content
Organize and execute various technical marketing tasks for the team
Research and report on trends and results
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, business, or related field
Strong knowledge/experience with marketing automation and CRM (e.g. Zoho)
Strong understanding of WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media channel management (especially LinkedIn)
Experience with soft page and inquiry page management
Proficiency with HTML/JavaScript
Advanced proficiency with technical web content and creating technically sound product descriptions
Ability to manage and quality control vendor/freelancer (e.g. graphic designer)
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done
