$24.00 to $27.00/hr

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Customer Service Support professional to provide technical support solutions to our customers. This role requires the ability to determine the best possible approach for upgrades and troubleshoot daily issues to identify long-term solutions, while maintaining a customer-centric approach. The candidate must thrive in our entrepreneurial company culture where change is constant, growth is immense, and opportunities abound.

Responsibilities

  • Technical and support liaison between team and customers
  • Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer issues through various means of communication
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
  • Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
  • Accurately and efficiently enter required information into computerized systems and databases

Requirements

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Working knowledge of cloud/phone apps
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done
  • Ability to work with others as part of a team, but also be able to self-motivate and work unsupervised
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs
