Contracts Administrator

Job Description:

Assists in preparation of proposals or bids, negotiates contracts, and performs related contract administrative tasks, including the analysis of contract performance requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions. May have responsibility for program control/budget initiatives.

Responsibilities:

The Contracts Administrator supports Govt. and Commercial Contracts at the Prime and Subcontractor level. This position is responsible for researching and applying numerous contract conditions in the contract performance, adhering to defined processes and work procedures. Researches contract provisions to ensure compliance. Effectively communicates with Sub-Contractors/ Vendors, Project Managers, Govt. COTRS, Contract Specialists, enGenius Executives and staff and others to ensure that all parties are fully informed about the status of the respective contracts.

Qualifications:

• 0-5 years of experience in a contracts administration position
• Experience in adhering to stringent Federal contractual requirements
• Demonstrated understanding in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit
