You will report directly to our Director of People Operations and collaborate daily with the project team as well as the broader team on a regular basis. THE ROLE
Energy Circle, in collaboration with a national insulation membership organization, is dedicated to promoting energy-efficient solutions by partnering with contractors across the United States. Our mission is to promote incentives tied to the Inflation Reduction Act, ensuring energy efficiency, comfort, and health for homeowners while providing cost-savings and bolstering insulation contractors’ business.
As the Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in fostering partnerships with national industry leaders and individual contractors to advance our mission of empowering homeowners through energy-efficient solutions. Your primary responsibilities include liaising with partner members, managing contractor relationships, conducting outreach efforts to help drive new business opportunities, and utilizing the CRM database for client management and providing marketing materials to partner contractors. You will also collaborate with the Director of Business Development to identify growth opportunities and provide regular progress reports to key partners and stakeholders. Tracking program implementation and progress will be part of your role. There may be opportunities for representing project partners at conferences and events.
