Job Description

* Responsible for gathering technical specifications so that the product can be developed

* Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.

* Coordinate with Dev/Architecture effort and assess if the technical implementation meets the requirements input

* Creating and "continually" prioritizing the product and system requirements

* Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.

* Act as primary intermediary between the Platform Product Manager and the development team throughout a project's life cycle.

* Defining and balancing features, bugs, technical debt, and coordinating system level features

* Support teams in achieving their timelines and deliverables

* Assess if the product built satisfies customers' needs

Qualifications

* 3 years of Business Analyst experience, including product discovery and requirements gathering, or a combination of education and experience

* Ideally, 3 years of experience in the energy industry (electricity, natural gas, utilities) or a combination of education and experience

* Bachelor's degree

* Azure DevOps (TFS)

* Writing specifications using use cases particularly for software

* Working to design and improve User Interface (UI) and User eXperience (UX) needs
