We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing top-notch customer service and technical support. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation by ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide comprehensive support
- Offer phone and remote technical support to customers and technicians
- Schedule and manage service calls
- Create, close, and manage service tickets efficiently, including billing
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience in an office setting; service industry experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Technical aptitude is highly desirable
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to obtain a Security License
Working Hours
Our Customer Service Department operated Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
