Endress+Hauser is Hiring a Manager, HR Services Near Greenwood, IN

Endress Hauser group of U.S. companies is looking for a qualified and motivated manager to lead the organization's shared services team in providing exceptional HR services to all of our U.S. employees. Employees primarily reside in Indiana, California, Michigan, and Texas.Current HR Services include HRIS Administration (SAP SuccessFactors), Payroll Administration (Paylocity), Learning Administration (SAP SuccessFactors), Talent Acquisition for Production Centers, HR Inquiry Ticket Management System (AskHR), Digital Employee File (PeopleDoc) and Benefits Accounting.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of and experience in HR services, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. Must have a deep understanding of HR operations, the ability to think critically and strategically, and the capacity to build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.This position reports to VP of Controlling & HR in one entity, and has dotted line accountability to the HR Managers of each customer entity (currently 10).

Role Responsibilities

  • Provides vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of a cost-effective department while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the team responsible for delivering HR services. This includes providing guidance, support, coaching, feedback and training to team members.
  • Process Management: Ensure that HR processes and procedures are consistently followed to provide high-quality services. Identify areas for improvement, engage stakeholders, and implement changes to enhance efficiency. Balance efficiency and alignment with business needs and results.
  • Service Delivery: Proactively monitor and evaluate the delivery of HR services to ensure they meet established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. Take swift corrective action when needed.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide excellent customer service. Address inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Data Management: Oversee the integrity of data including, entry, maintenance, and accuracy within HR systems. Ensure that employee records are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Compliance: Stay informed about HR laws and regulations to ensure that HR practices are in compliance. Implement changes as needed to align with legal requirements.
  • Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to suggest and generate reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting corporate and local reporting needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR Shared Services team. Encourage feedback and implement changes to enhance processes and services.

Qualification Profile

  • A minimum of 10 years of human resource, HRIS or related experience with three to five years' supervisory experience; Leadership experience preferably of multidisciplinary teams
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Change management, project management and stakeholder management
  • SHRM/HRCI Certified Professional (SHRM-CP/PHR) or SHRM/HRCI Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP/SPHR) credential preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Experienced in service center related technologies
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
