Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to elevate brand awareness, expand our online community, and enhance engagement with our audience. Responsibilities
⚫ Plan and execute social media calendar including objectives, integrated timeline, copy, hashtag, and creative assets across channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok etc.
⚫ Create, edit, publish and share engaging content including text, graphics, and videos, and schedule posts that delivers on product and social objectives and builds/elevates BIGO’s brand.
⚫ Measure on key social media and campaigns indicators. Use analytics to assess engagement and performance , such as targets for a certain number of user acquisition, reach, impression, reposting, shares or likes.
⚫ Actively engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions between the brand and its audience.
⚫ Source and manage production elements such as props, talents, music, templates, stock footage and voiceover talent.
⚫ Responsible for the social promotion for all marketing projects and influencer programs.
⚫ Active collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, on time, and to brand standards.
⚫ Stay abreast of industry trends and social media best practices, recommending and implementing new ideas and strategies to keep the brand at the forefront.
Qualifications
⚫Bachelor's degree or above educational background in marketing, media, public relations or related field.
⚫ At least 5 years of social media management experience.
⚫ Outstanding writing and copywriting skills.
⚫ Knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Discord and other social media best practices.
⚫ Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and compelling content.
⚫ Strategic thinking for developing effective marketing campaigns and influencer programs
⚫ Attention to detail, strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple social channels concurrently.
⚫ Ability to derive actionable insights from social media metrics and marketing data
⚫ Tech-savvy for creating visuals if necessary – graphic design and video editing skills preferred.
⚫ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment.
⚫ Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
