We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our Business Excellence team in Mackay , specialising in Rostering .
Reporting to the Rostering Team Leader, you will support the review, coordination, and optimisation of staff rosters within your allocated Service Delivery region.
This integral position, aims to facilitate staff mobility, using skilful scheduling, ensuring our team is aligned to meet the needs of our valued customers.
