WME Sports: Graphic Designer

About the Role:

WME Sports represents leading athletes, broadcasters, institutions, and personalities responsible for keeping sports a point of engagement and conversation every day around the world. The Graphic Designer is integral to the sales process and will have experience developing concepts and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Work with agents across WME Sports to deliver bold creative materials that excite audiences - including but not limited to new business presentations, client pitch decks, case studies, educational tools, etc.
• Support the development of assigned presentation materials on all levels, such as conceptualizing activation ideas, graphic design, layouts, mock-ups, typesetting, copywriting, etc.
• Internalize our client's business objectives and brand positioning to deliver a strategic creative vision and tell compelling visual stories.
• Transform data and research into compelling and easily digestible designs
• Collaborate with the internal broader creative team and other groups across the company on a wide variety of projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art or other relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years as a professional graphic designer in a sales enablement role Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, and (2D motion graphics and an understanding of After Effects is a plus.)
• Proficient in Keynote and PowerPoint
• Passion for conceptualizing brand ideas
• Strong presentation building skills and a stickler for attention to detail
• Strong layout and typography skills
• Deep understanding and ongoing curiosity of cultural & design trends
• Must have an organized and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
• This position is extremely fast-paced and hands-on. The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure is crucial. The creative team interfaces with various sales staff, executives and clients about their creative needs and effectively manages the entire creative process for multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Graphic Designer in sports (team and/or agency)
• Knowledge, interest and passion for sports
• Copywriting experience

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:

$67,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$90,000 annually
