The Maintenance Technician position provides all maintenance services required at a community and is responsible for the overall appearance of and upkeep/maintenance on property. The position will be responsible for the routine maintenance of rental homes and assisting in the refurbishing of make-ready homes. This position will also assist with grounds keeping duties and respond to on-call maintenance emergencies after hours.
