About the Role
The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with the Executive Team on the Company’s development and strategi plan in moving people services forward and will report directly to the Chief Adminstrative Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support in employee relations, benefits, compensation/payroll and talent management.
-Support executive, administrative, non-exempt, hourly, commercial licensed drivers and human resources needs.
-Must be able to work directly with the Professional Employer Organization (PEO)
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Conduct workforce planning and talent acquisition activities, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Lead affirmative action planning efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency
- Support change management efforts by facilitating communication and training programs
Education:
Bachelors Degree and HR Certification Preferred.
Required Experience:
- 5 years of HRBP experience in commercial trucking industry
-Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
Previous experience working with Professional Employer Organization
Skills:
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
- Familiarity with affirmative action planning requirements
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making purposes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
