Position Summary
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for all HR functions and activities globally, predominately in the US Region. Supporting the CEO and General Manager in the management, development and maintenance of HR initiatives and programs. The HRBP will be a key contributor to the global leadership team in supporting and driving a positive culture and supporting all HR initiatives.
The HRBP will be an employee champion, change agent, cultural ambassador, and leadership advocate in executing HR initiatives in alignment with Global HR goals and business objectives.
The HRBP will play an important role in performance-coaching North American employees. This is a key position which will facilitate two-way communicating across EMBED departments and regions.
