Compensation for this role: $70,000 to $90,000

General Responsibilities

PRECONSTRUCTION

Specification review assistance

Electrical gear review assistance

Owner equipment review assistance

Integration opportunity/risk analysis

Fire alarm and life safety systems support

Bid review

Life safety gap design/risk analysis

Specification review

Gear/submittal review

Lighting/submittal review

Lighting control technical support

Value engineering designs and analysis

Code review

Design assist/design build partnering

Medium voltage design assist/design build

Sales development and support

Develop schematic design level design documents

CONSTRUCTION

Submittal review assistance

Life safety and fire alarm support

Temporary construction power design

Arc flash energized work calculations and support

Constructability support

Lighting control

Engineering advocate for changes

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educated in electrical theory to include circuits, electromotive force, physics and some computer science
  • Experience in electrical design and specification development
  • Experience in electrical construction
  • High/Medium/Low voltage experience is a plus. 
  • Health Care, Data Center, Education, Industrial, High Rise use types is a plus.
  • Experience with short circuit, coordination and arc flash calculations and reporting
  • Electrical Engineering degree and at least 4 years industry experience or project/facility/cx engineering experience of 10 years or more
  • Professional Engineering License in CO and/or WY Preferred
