Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for young learners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of preschool children.
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages children's creativity and exploration.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience.
• Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs and development.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to meet learning goals.

Skills:

• Proficiency in curriculum development for preschool-aged children.
• Experience working with students in a preschool or early childhood setting.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
• Ability to educate and engage young learners in various subjects including math, language, and science.
• Excellent classroom management skills to create an organized and productive learning environment.
• Knowledge of toddler care practices and techniques.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and carry
• Clear and effective communicator towards students, families and peers.
• Flexibility to modify activities to meet children at their various developmental milestones.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
