Enagic USA is Hiring an Accounting Clerk Near Torrance, CA
- Support uploading non-automatic sales entries and payments to the company’s enterprise system;
- Reconcile revenue bank accounts and Cash/Check clearing accounts;
- Prepare accurate and appropriate responses to disputes;
- Outstanding commission checks research and clearing in the Accounting system;
- Keep manager updated on outstanding issues for month-end reporting;
- Performs other related duties as needed and assigned by the department.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting-related field or equivalent preferred;
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
- 1-2 years of accounting clerk experience preferred;
- SAP, SAP Hanna, QuickBooks experience preferred;
- Good communication skills (verbal and written);
- Independent thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work independently and team player;
- Fast learner;
- Meets deadlines;
- Willing to learn and grow with the company.
