·Excellent mechanical repair skills.

·Ability to read service and repair manuals.
·Strong attention to detail.
·Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
·Must be able to work independently with little supervision to meet the goals of the department.
·Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; skill in working in an environment subject to constant interruptions and quickly changing priorities; ability to prioritize responsibilities when necessary; effective time-management skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities
·No direct supervisory responsibilities but will manage projects and activities as directed.

Minimum Qualifications
·High school diploma or equivalent required.
·Vocational/Technical school program or apprenticeship in auto repair or related field required.
·Two years of related experience with Ford and Chevy diesel engine diagnosis and repair preferred.
·Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen, safety sensitive position.
