- The Brand Marketing Manager will work closely with Brand Leadership and the Director of Marketing to identify opportunities, develop, execute and track marketing initiatives to accomplish the brand’s objectives
- Possess the ability to analyze marketing data, identify and assess marketing opportunities and then advise on the best marketing strategies to accomplish business objectives
- Evaluate local marketing efforts, consult and collaborate with the franchisees and members of the marketing team to provide the best feedback and recommendations
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to ensure the recommended marketing and advertising strategies and tactics are implemented across the franchise systems
- Analyze and report on aggregated system-wide data about marketing efforts that are driving results
- Deliver in-person new franchisee training and ongoing training
- Manage and pursue new third-party suppliers to meet goals and objectives of the marketing department and the franchise system
- Manage the development of creative assets both internally and externally for the brand
- Manage technology solutions that assist franchisees with the implementation of local marketing and advertising efforts
- Play a key role in the development and implementation of a national marketing plan
- 3 years experience in Marketing field with knowledge of online and offline tactics
- Previous experience analyzing digital marketing campaigns including pay-per-click
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field is preferred
- Microsoft office and Adobe products knowledge and proficiency
- Adept at learning new technology and marketing platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work both independently as well as within a team environment
- Self-starter
- Attention to detail is important to you
