Job Summary

The B2B Marketing Specialist will lead our B2B marketing efforts, focusing on enhancing customer engagement, agent communications, and targeted advertising. The B2B Marketing Specialist will also spearhead our B2B marketing operations and implement automation strategies. The person in this role must have a passion for marketing and communications and be eager to contribute to a fast-growing company. Role and Responsibilities

To perform the job successfully, an individual must perform each essential duty satisfactorily and demonstrate the following competencies to perform this position's essential functions consistently. All employees are expected to adhere to and be knowledgeable of Orion180 operations standards, established security/safety rules, and requirements for attendance. The requirements listed below are representative of the fundamental knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job successfully:

Strategy and Planning: Take the lead in developing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing plan focusing on customer engagement, lead generation, conversion optimization, and measurement of results.

Content Development: Create compelling content tailored for business-to-business initiatives to support marketing and engagement campaigns.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, including email and other marketing efforts, in coordination with sales and customer support teams. Focus on effective follow-up strategies and optimization to enhance results from existing customers and generate new qualified leads.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other marketing and business intelligence team members to optimize campaigns and understand marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance. Organize meetings with internal teams to align tactical plans and ensure integration of brand strategy in all marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing, preferably in B2B environments.

Technical Proficiency: Expert in marketing platforms like HubSpot, marketing clouds, CRMs, MS Office Suite, and Google Analytics.

Marketing Skills: Strong in executing email, social media, and broad marketing campaigns. Experienced in audience segmentation and targeted campaign development.

Communication: Excellent writing skills and exceptional interaction abilities with internal and external teams.

Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills; adept at handling multiple priorities in dynamic settings.

Teamwork: Works well both independently and in a team; engages respectfully and collaboratively.

Innovation: Understands agile marketing principles; focuses on high-value projects and continuous improvement.

Drive: Highly motivated, problem-solving, creative thinker with a strong ability to multitask.

Physical Demands

While performing general office duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, and reading, being able to lift light objects (<25lbs), and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist or stoop to open/close cabinets, and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.

Work Environment

The office environment is quiet and, in a temperature, controlled setting with random adjustments in noise or temperature due to conversations, unscheduled maintenance repairs to the building or its interior offices, or unpredictable situations due to weather or other acts beyond company control. An employee must be willing to work their regularly assigned work schedule for their duties and/or job responsibilities and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on the company/department needs, project requirements, or customer demands.
