Viera Builders, Inc. has an opening for a full time hourly paid Marketing Coordinator, who will participate as a team member within a busy sales and marketing department with projects based on daily time constraints. The keystone to the position is the ability to modify documents on occasion with extreme attention to detail, as needed, for the sales staff to provide to customers. The position requires extreme detail in the creation of all sales and marketing documents including a variety of home builder collateral while working across multiple departments. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator’s duties include the following:Responsibilities:Create new and maintain current database of 100 floorplans with daily sales and marketing collateral updates within a content management software system..Design collateral materials for sales and marketing including the management of various external signage for model neighborhoods including plat maps, interactive PDFs, color elevations, collateral for social media, and various collateral in sales centers.Maintain, train, and update content on 3rd party software such as CPAO, Anewgo, and Zonda with trouble shooting as needed.Ensure all updates are made on the company website and act as a secondary webmaster by reviewing all collateral material used within the functionality of the website with 3rd party vendors.Create graphics and copywriting for posts on social media sites with continued optimization and detailed analytic reports at the end of each advertising and marketing campaign.Assist in the opening, closing and general maintenance of all models including the coordination with warranty and the trades to keep all models looking their best for visitors all year.Assist in coordination, supervision and completion of special projects, as appropriate, and other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.Performs all other duties as requested.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience. Must have 3 years related experience in marketing, sales or graphic design and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a public interfacing office environment. Experience in a real estate environment is preferred.A significant amount of independent research, collaboration, and creative thinking is required. Strong organizational aptitude, professionalism, an enthusiastic self-starter, writing/editing acumen, attention to detail, graphics expertise, and communication skills.
