Duties * Determine the need for program resources, to include manpower, budget, equipment, and initiates action to obtain resources. * Manage resources in the most efficient manner to ensure that program objectives are met. * Enlist the support of various specialists such as those associated with civilian personnel administration, attorney advisors and union-management officials. * Assure through advisory services that supervisors and managers function fully in support of the affirmative employment programs and complaints resolution. * Render decisions for the Department of Army (DA) on the acceptance or dismissal of EEO complaints. * Provide factual records and affidavits of witnesses to the Staff judge Advocate (SJA) and United States (U.S.) Attorneys on cases filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and in District Court.
