EmployIndy is Hiring a Manager, Talent Bound-High Schools Near Indianapolis, IN

Overview

The Talent Bound-High Schools, Manager is responsible for the daily coordination of Talent Bound activities with our K-12 partners. This position has frequent communication and interface with education counterparts and employer partners to ensure the Talent Bound activities are executed seamlessly. This position is at EmployIndy and reports to the Associate Director, Talent Bound.

To be successful in this role you will accomplish:
• Presentations regarding the value of the Talent Bound initiative to education, business, and other stakeholder partners.
• Proactively recommend opportunities for process improvement, growth, and expansion of work-based learning activities.
• Structured coaching and preparation for employer and education partners to participate in and value the Talent Bound Initiative.
• Meet and exceed annual Talent Bound activity metrics, including but not limited to employer satisfaction and retention and education partner participation.
• Analysis of complex issues, identification of trends and implications, and development of recommendations and guidance for the project team.
• Ongoing communication and capacity-building of employer and education partners. Facilitate capacity-building meetings with contacts as needed.
• Manages project timelines and execution from various team members related to the coordination of work-based learning activities between partners.
• Assist with the preparation of materials and deliverables for project meetings and management of next steps.
• Efficient and consistent documentation of employer connectivity, including invitations, participation, feedback, and outcomes of activities.
• Assist with data requests to support strategic initiatives, including extracting information from program data systems.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
• Post-secondary credential preferred
• 2-3 years' experience in youth programming
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Progressive work history with increasing levels of accomplishment required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Results driven to meet the mission, vision, and goals of EmployIndy
• Knowledge of CRM, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Project Management skills
• Understanding of K-12, CTE and post-secondary education
• Relationship management
