My client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to come join their dynamic team! They are a financial services institution that's currently going through an exciting digital transformation journey.
Job Overview:
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Document user requirements and business use cases
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Work alongside developers to make sure application solutions are being developed per business requirements
- Work closely with the team to plan out 2-week Agile sprint cycles
- Create dashboard and reports within Salesforce
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience working as a Business Analyst within the Software/ IT space
- Experience working with a broad range of technical applications (bonus points for Salesforce, SharePoint, or Azure DevOps)
- Experience working hands-on with Salesforce doing configurations is a HUGE PLUS!
- Demonstrated success in requirements gathering and documentation
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies/ Experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills (both verbal and written) in order to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
- Able to quickly adopt new processes and procedures to meet business initiatives
- Proven track record of success working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate those into technical solutions
