Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Salesforce development.
• 7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior Developers
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Data Architecture, and Data Migration/ Integrations
• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, and VisualForce
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware like MuleSoft
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to development team members.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
• Customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business requirements.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
