Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Duties: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for business development - Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products and services - Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce or other CRM systems - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Skills: - Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role - Strong knowledge of technology sales and industry trends - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Excellent business development and negotiation skills - Ability to make outbound calls confidently and effectively - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships - Technical sales knowledge is preferred - Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
